1. General

 

The website https://www.intothetemple.com and https://www.temple-school.com (“Websites”) are owned and operated by Jessica Fawn BV (“we”, “us”, “Company”). By using these Websites, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and will post the new terms and conditions on this page. By using the Websites, you agree to the latest version of the terms and conditions.

 

2. Intellectual property

 

All content shared on the Websites is property of the Company. The Websites are for your personal, noncommercial use. Using the content of the Websites for your own commercial use is not allowed, unless agreed upon by the Company. Copying, downloading, modifying or reproducing content from the Websites infringes on copyright and intellectual property laws. If content is available for download, it will have a download option or will be stated clearly.

3. Membership

 

3.1 Member responsibility

 

The Websites includes interactive features for members, which allows them to like and comment on posts. It is the responsibility of the member to:

  • Share and speak in a way that supports a friendly environment

  • Be conscious of other members’ feelings

  • Never encourage dangerous or destructive behavior

  • Be truthful about their identity, and never impersonate

  • Not share information for commercial purposes

 

If a member fails to act accordingly, they will be removed by the Company. The Company will make sure to create a safe and supportive online space.

 

3.2 Member registration

 

Upon registering for the Websites, you will be asked to create a platform. This registration must be done truthfully. If the Company suspects that your information is false, we have the right to inquire about this, or remove your profile. The membership area is a female-only space, and the Company will ensure that all members are female.

 

3.3 Login details

 

Upon registration, you will be asked to create a password. It is your responsibility to keep this password safe and secured. The Company won’t have access to your password and is therefor unable to support in case of you losing the password. The only option for the Company to help, is to reset the password.

3.4 Membership live classes rescheduling

 

The membership includes a monthly class hosted by the Company. The Company is able to reschedule these classes in case of serious illness, serious illness of loved ones, or technical issues that won’t allow the class to go as planned.

 

3.5 Membership weekly content

 

When signing up for the membership, all members agree to receive weekly content in the form of posts inside the community and through email. If members wish to no  longer receive or be notified of this, they able to change their notification preferences. The Company is able to take a break from sharing weekly content in case of illness or practical issues. The Company will assign someone in the community to create content, knowing they will create adequate content.

3.6 Founder leave

​

The founder & teacher of the membership Jessica Fawn is able to take leave for 2 months each year. When she does this, she will ensure to create pre-recorded content so members still receive their promised value.

3.7 Membership pricing change 

​

The pricing for the Temple Community are subject to change. The community grows in value due to the increasing size of the replay library and community content. Therefor, the Company will decide on the membership price when registration opens each 6 months. Members will always be notified of this price change in advance and are given enough time to decide to stay or leave.

 

 

4. Private clients

​

4.1 Coaching calls

​

The Company and the Client are expected to show up at the agreed time and place. All information about the call will be shared beforehand over email by the Company. The Client schedules an appointment through Calendly and is responsible for putting this in their own calender. The Company will not send reminders.

 

4.2 No-show

​

In case of the Client being a no-show for a call, the call expires and can’t be rescheduled. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they show up on time. The Company will register the Client as a no-show, 10 minutes after the agreed meeting time with absence of notification. The call will expire and can’t be rescheduled.

​

4.3 Cancelation by Client

 

The Client is able to cancel or reschedule the planned coaching call up until 24 hours before the start of the call. They will do this by emailing or whatsapping the Company. Afterwards the Client will be able to schedule a new appointment. If the cancelation happens later than 24 hours before the start of the call, it expires and can’t be rescheduled.

 

4.3.1 Cancelation by Client exception

​

In case of emergency cancelation, the Company will be open to discuss the above mentioned cancelation clause. Emergency includes unexpected illness/family/work/home/weather occurences where the Client had no control over the situation whatsoever. This exception expires 1 hour before the call.

 

4.3.2 Cancelation by Company

​

The Company is able to cancel or reschedule calls in case of illness, serious illness of family or loved ones, or unexpected technical issues, which would prevent the Company from delivering proper service.

 

 

5. Payments

​

All payments to the Company happen through third party payment gates. Courses and private coaching will be paid through the Teachable payment gate, membership payments will be made through Stripe Paywalls.

​

5.1 Client responsibility

​

It is the Client’s responsibility to make the payments on the agreed time. The Client is responsible for making sure that their account has a sufficient balance for the payment to be made.

​

5.2 Teachable payments

​

The Company uses third party platform Teachable to handle payments for courses or private coaching. When purchasing a product through Teachable, the Client agrees that Teachable can take the amount from the Client’s account, whether in full or in monthly automatic payments.

​

5.2.1 Teachable late monthly payments

​

If the Client chooses to pay for a product by using a monthly payment plan, they agree to pay each month by automatic payment. If the Client fails to make this payment, Teachable will send an automatic reminder email. This email will be send 3 times, before the Client is unenrolled form whatever product they were enrolled in. This action is irreversible.

​

5.3 Stripe paywalls

​

When joining the membership site, the Client will use the third payment system Stripe. Stripe will automatically make monthly payments, unless the Client choses to cancel the membership.

​

 

6. Health responsibility

 

6.1 Medical health responsibility

​

The Company is never responsible for the medical health of the Client. The Client is responsible for their own health and well-being at all times. The Company will never offer  medical advice or make an assessment of the Client’s health. In case of medical issues, the Client is advised to seek help from a medical professional.

​

6.2 Psychological health responsibility

​

The Company does not offer services that replace the help of psychogolist or psychiatrist. In case of severe psychological problems, the Client is advised to seek support from a professional. The Company offers general support in psychological well-being and happiness, but is not able to treat clinical psychological issues.

​

6.2.1 Additional support for mental health

​

The Company will be available to offer extra psychological support in the form of coaching calls, guided practices or journal prompts.

​

 

7. Privacy

​

7.1 Class recordings

​

The Company values privacy very highly and will do everything to protect the privacy of the Client. The Company will ensure that all recordings from live classes will always remain private. The company will also remind the Client every time to turn off the camera and microphone during recordings, so that the Client is never recorded unexpectedly.

​

7.2 Testimonial or message sharing

​

The Company will always ensure that we will never share testimonials or messages with names (either first or full) without permission of the Client. When sharing these on social media, the Company will always blcok out the information of the Client to ensure privacy. If the Client gives permission to the Company to use their name, the Company is allowed to use this until the Client directly tells the Company they are no longer comfortable. In that case, the Company will stop using the name and will delete it from the website or social media channels.

7.3 Email submission

​

Various free content is offered on the Company’s website, in exchange for the Client’s email address. When given the email address, the Client will be signed up to the Company’s email list. The Company will always mention this at the submission forms. If the Client does not want to be on the email list, they can either decide to not submit their information, or unsubscribe from the email list at a later stage. The directions to unsubscribe are located at the bottom of each email.

 

7.4 Email Address protection

​

All email addresses will be safely stored within the database of the Company. The Company uses Wix as a third party as the email database and email marketing tool. The Company is responsible for protecting the email address of the Client and will not share it with other third parties.

8. Disclaimers

 

8.1 Website disclaimer

​

This websites are for informational purposes only. All content is based on personal experience from the Company and former Clients. It is never meant to serve as treatment or diagnose of any kind. The Company can not be held liable when the Client has different experiences or opinions about the website contents.

8.2 Testimonial disclaimer

​

Testimonials are personal experiences of former clients and are never warranties or guarantees of any kind.
